Who we are
Parvis is the development arm of the Baracon group, an Australian property business established in 1999 and headquartered in Melbourne, with offices in Sydney, Gold Coast, Adelaide, Perth and Auckland. Parvis acquires, funds and develops its own projects — 17 completed developments between 2003 and 2020 with a total stated value of $1,112M, across residential, mixed-use, student accommodation, hospitality and commercial assets in Australia and New Zealand.
